you must connect the G8 to Pin 3 to allow it to extend

you must run a seperate accessories 12VDC line from the fuse box to the canbus

update the canbus software - however you may lose heated steering function

you would need to do your own modification

or to the blue AMP-C (if you have it) for the amplifier to turn on
