Nitro brown sunburst finish on what looks to be a two piece alder body, maple neck with a very slight V profile and a 21 fret rosewood fingerboard, weighs 3. 8kg's. this 1973 Fender Mustang has seen a lot in it's life and still has a lot of life left

This one was professionally refretted by Mick Harron when he was up here in Sydney doing one of his Masterclasses

Strung with flatwounds and playing nicely as it sits with a straight neck and adjustable truss

Loaded with a set of active EMG's controlled by two volume knobs (one for the bridge/neck pickups and one for the middle)

Solid Honduran Mahogany body with a satin black nitro finish

Lower bout measures 40cm and the upper bout is 29

Made in Japan briefly in the 1990s (hand written serial in the neck pickup cavity) before production moved to Korea
