It has a scalloped rim that has been outlined and delicately decorated with sterling silver overlay poppies and leaves. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. It is 28cm in diameter without handles and 2. 5cm high. With the handles it is 34cm in diameter. This was made in the early
