It is made of 5 mm thick M1 copper, mounted on a 160x25x3 mm aluminum black blank with 45 degree beveled ends for dovetail mounting. This Strop is designed to be used in conjunction with pastes, powders and suspensions of various types of action. The Strop Copper work surface is smooth and ready to use immediately after unpacking.
